Keri Jenkins director of MindBody
Mechanix, has nearly 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
Her formal training began in the United Kingdom where she earned her original
fitness certifications. Always fascinated with the power of the mind she
shifted her focus to Yoga and Pilates practices. Realizing that she loved
the one on one contact with her students, Keri decided to pursue personal
training. Her clientele built quickly, but something was still missing.
A good friend was studying psychotherapy and neruolinguistic programming (NLP) and knowing Keri’s
undying search for knowledge, suggested she look into the course. The
SACH school in England provided an incredible journey of self discovery,
along with a methodology that could enable Keri to take her clients to
whole new level of wellbeing. After returning to the US, Keri began working
at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Albuquerque as a personal trainer. She also became contracted at Kirtland Air Force
Base as a group fitness instructor and trainer where she incorporates
her unique and highly effective techniques. Keri teaches Yoga, Pilates,
Spinning®, Older Adult Fitness, and Sculpting. She also volunteers
as the Aerobic Conditioning Coach for the New
Mexico Brujos Rugby Team. Her personal mission is to challenge, motivate
and inspire everyone she meets to attain their personal best. To get in
touch with Keri directly you may contact her here.
