Do you want to get back into shape as quickly as possible after delivery?
If you answered YES to any of the above, then the HYPFIT TOTAL MIND/BODY WORKOUT is for YOU!!!! It’s the ONLY fitness video you’ll need. Safe and effective for all 3 trimesters.
Why this fitness program is different from any other.
Developed in partnership by personal fitness trainer Keri Jenkins, and Labor & Delivery Nurse, childbirth educator & clinical hypnotherapist, Marti Brandtner-Caldemeyer, the HYPFIT pregnancy workout addresses both the physical and mental challenges of pregnancy and delivery. Embedded within the audio are positive subliminal messages that will encourage and motivate you to exercise gently each day, eat healthy, relax, and to anticipate an enjoyable delivery. Following the exercise portion of the video, Marti’s soothing voice will take you on a relaxing visual and experiential journey in order to prepare you for a natural and comfortable birthing experience*.
*Best results will be obtained from daily practice and/or working one on one with a clinical hypnotherapist who specializes in birthing.
